Operations Manager - process improvement (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Yarrow Facilities looks after properties across the San Antonio region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
