Operations Manager - process improvement (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Lantern Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around San Antonio, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 438 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
