Operations Manager - process improvement (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Salt Lake City region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
