Operations Manager - process improvement (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Lakeside Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
