Operations Manager - process improvement (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Sparrow Energy is an energy provider in Sacramento focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
