Operations Manager - process improvement (Reno, NV)

Ironwood Quill Facilities is a facilities company in Reno with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
