Operations Manager - process improvement (Reno, NV)

Ironwood Bright Water Authority Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading.
