Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Louisville, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
