Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Redstone Clear Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 737 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
