Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Bright Timber Auto Group is a Buffalo company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
