Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ashton Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
