Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Lumen Wren Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Albuquerque region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
