Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Haven Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
