Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Highbridge Umber Energy is an energy provider in Jacksonville focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
