Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Greenridge Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Fresno. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
