Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Atlanta. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
