Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Lumen Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Albuquerque, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
