Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Harborlight Drift Facilities looks after properties across the Portland region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
