Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
