Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Rivermark Corner Construction is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
