Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around Atlanta, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
