Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Greenridge Quarry Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Omaha, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
