Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Bright Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Nashville focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
