Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Greenridge Forge Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
