Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Lumen Cross Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
