Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Cedar Yarrow Inspection Services is an inspection company in Little Rock with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
