Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove West Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
