Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Stonegate Corner Construction Associates is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
