Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Amber Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
