Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
