Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Rook Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
