Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Raleigh design routes and schedules. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
