Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Westbrook Stone Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Las Vegas. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
