Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group is a El Paso company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
