Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Amberfield Cross Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Boston region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
