Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Wren Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
