Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Westbrook Rowan Foods is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
