Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Amber Auto Group Partners and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
