Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Harborlight Pike Water Authority Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
