Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Stonegate Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Honolulu region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
