Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Highbridge Environmental Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
