Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Redstone Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Madison focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
