Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Savannah and nearby communities. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
