Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fern Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
