Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Greenridge Summit Construction delivers building projects for owners across the San Jose region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 831 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
