Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Group is a Dallas manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
