Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Foxglove West Energy Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
