Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Westbrook Quill Facilities Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
