Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quill Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
