Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Keystone Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
